A note from Dylan
I got the travel bug after taking part in The Rose of Tralee International Festival for two years, where I met many people with stories about where they live. I decided to visit a few of them and just like that, I was hooked! I’ve had some amazing experiences so far and I’m looking forward to more! I have paddled a kayak in New Zealand, cycled across the Golden Gate Bridge, and experienced the boiling mud pits and natural lakes in Rotorua; I even got to march in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in New York City (Twice!),
In my blog, 'Notions on Tour' I hope to provide an honest view on travel. As I usually travel solo, I hope to give others the confidence to go to the places they’ve always dreamed and to experience everything they have ever wanted. I hope to show you that you are in control of your own life experiences and all you have to do is to go out there and live your best life! So dive in, have a read and let me know what you think! Don’t forget, if you have any recommendations, tips or questions in general, feel free to get in contact!
* Generally speaking Guide Prices are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation, i.e. 'The Reserve'. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Virtually every property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.
By setting a proxy bid, the system will automatically bid on your behalf to maintain your position as the highest bidder, up to your proxy bid amount. If you are outbid, you will be notified via email so you can opt to increase your bid if you so choose.
If two of more users place identical bids, the bid that was placed first takes precedence, and this includes proxy bids.
Another bidder placed an automatic proxy bid greater or equal to the bid you have just placed. You will need to bid again to stand a chance of winning.
